a safe, caring environment to find healing and hope guided by expert advice and biblical principles. This 13 week class is for everyone grieving the death of a loved one-a spouse, parent, child (infant, young child, teen adult, stillbirth, miscarriage), friend, sibling, coworker, or other relative. during group time, we will break into small support groups, including a special group for those who have experienced miscarriage or stillbirth. The topics are; Is this Normal?, Your Grief Journey, Loneliness and Sadness, Self-Care, Fearful and Overwhelmed, Anger, Regrets, Grief and Your Household, Grief and Your Friendships, Questions for God, Stuck in Grief, Hope and Resilience, and What Do I Live For Now?
