The Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful witness for life at a public location.
Clay County for Life will host the annual 2026 Life Chain in Clay Center on Sunday, Oct 4. Participants should meet at the Baptist Church at 2:00 pm. There will a brief time for prayer, instructions and the distribution of signs. Then, we will walk to the intersections of highways 15 and 24 to witness for an hour to the dignity of life from conception to natural death. Lawn chairs are welcome for those who can not stand. Afterwards refreshments will be served back at the church. The event will conclude at 3:30 pm.
