The Barclay College Auxiliary Auction is to support Barclay's mission of equipping students for effective Christian Life, Service, and Leadership. It is going to be a weekend full of fun, friends, and fundraising, and we want to see you there!
Schedule:
Friday, Oct 2nd
1 pm-9 pm: Auction item drop-off at Hockett Auditorium
5-6:30 pm: Shredded Chicken and Beef Sandwiches Dinner at Hockett Auditorium - by Donation
6 pm: Alumni Soccer Game
Saturday, Oct 3rd
7:30 am- end: Auction item drop-off at Hockett Auditorium
8:30 am: Breakfast (Food available all day.)
9 am: Auction begins at Hockett Auditorium
9:30 am- noon and 1- 4 pm: Kiddie Carnival for $10/child. (Registration at Hockett.)
1:30 pm: Auction for quilts
