The Community Easter Egg Event will be held on Saturday, April 12th. The hunt begins promptly at 1:00 p.m. on the East side of the Concordia City Park, so be sure to allow plenty of time to park. This event is for infants through 6th graders, and over 20,000 eggs will be placed in the following age appropriate hunt areas: (Infant to 2 years), (3 to 5 years), (Kindergarten to 2nd grade), and (3rd to 6th grade).
Families are invited to stay for all the activities and concessions that are FREE for the entire family until 3:00 p.m. This includes a 45’ Obstacle Course, Train Combo Bouncer, Large Castle Moonwalk, and an inflatable Skee Ball Game, Toy Pig Races, Petting Zoo including the CARES dogs, Costume Photo Booth, Popcorn, Lemonade, Carnival Games, Prizes and more.
For over 20 years The Community Easter Egg Hunt has been sponsored by your friends at the Concordia Wesleyan Church and has grown into more of an event, instead of just a hunt. As it continues to grow in popularity in the community, the Wesleyan Church will now be joined by CrossPoint, Fellowship Christian, OLPH Catholic, and Victory Faith churches. The support of businesses in our community is also a crucial piece in its success, and we thank them for their support.
